Planning
Venue surveys, technical drawings and running orders agreed with the venue's technical team before we travel.
Crew
Our own experienced crew travel with the show, so the people who know your format run it.
Kit by road
We take our own equipment to European events by road, prepared and tested at our Watford base, using our own trucks or a specialist transport company depending on the job.
Customs handled
We manage the ATA carnet process for equipment travelling into Europe, so kit clears customs without holding up your build.
Local partners
Where it's better to source locally, we work with trusted local suppliers and venue teams to the same standard, which also removes language and logistics hurdles.
Further afield
Beyond Europe, we deliver through partners in Dubai, Australia, India, the USA, Canada and Singapore.

We work right across Europe, roughly twice a month, and beyond Europe through partners in Dubai, Australia, India, the USA, Canada and Singapore.
Do you take UK crew and kit abroad?
Yes. For European events we transport our equipment by truck and handle the ATA carnet process. Where it makes more sense we work with trusted local suppliers and venue teams to the same standard.
Can you deliver events outside Europe?
Yes, through partners in Dubai, Australia, India, the USA, Canada and Singapore.
