Can you manage several rooms at once?
Yes. Each room has its own technical lead, with one production manager over the whole programme.
Do you record sessions?
Yes. Session recording and hybrid delivery can be set up across plenary and breakout rooms.
What happens if equipment fails during the event?
We plan for it, and a technical manager on site makes decisions quickly and calmly. A quote that assumes nothing will fail isn't a production plan.
How much does event production cost?
It depends on the room, the audience size, the number of days and what the event needs to achieve. We send an itemised quote that shows what is included and what is optional, so you can compare like for like.
