AV and production at ExCeL London
We have produced events at ExCeL London, one of the capital's largest event venues, including speaker-led seminars and business shows. Large halls bring their own challenges: scale, sightlines, distance from the stage, long load-ins and strict venue procedures.

What we produced at ExCeL London
Speaker-led seminars and business shows in ExCeL's halls: sound, screens, lighting and staging sized to the room.
Working at a venue like this
At large venues, scale changes everything: sound has to reach the back of the hall without overwhelming the front, screens and IMAG must be big enough for the furthest seat, and build schedules must fit the venue's procedures and other events. We plan this with the venue's operations team before we arrive.
