How we manage risk and data
Insurance
Public liability insurance of £5 million, which can be increased where a client or venue requires it. Certificates on request.
Risk management
Risk assessments for every production and RAMS (risk assessments and method statements) on request. Build and de-rig planned with the venue.
Crew
Experienced technicians and managers, briefed on each client, venue and running order.
Confidentiality
NDAs signed on request; crew briefed on confidentiality; recordings and rehearsal content shared only with named people.
Data protection
Personal data from streams, registrations and recordings is handled in line with UK GDPR, with access and retention agreed with you.

Questions buyers ask us
Are you big enough for a large corporate event?
We produce events for audiences up to 20,000, including arena productions, and scale crew and equipment to each event. We have been in live events since 1992.
Are you procurement-ready?
Yes: company and VAT details, insurance certificates, risk assessments, RAMS on request, NDAs and a capability statement. Procurement and capability.
Can we see your facility?
Yes. Book a visit to our Watford production base and broadcast studio. Book a visit.
What happens if equipment fails during the event?
We plan for it, and a technical manager on site makes decisions quickly and calmly. A quote that assumes nothing will fail isn't a production plan.
Do you provide risk assessments and RAMS?
Yes. We prepare risk assessments for every production and provide RAMS (risk assessments and method statements) on request for your venue or procurement team.
Will you visit the venue first?
For most events, yes. A site visit or technical recce lets us check power, rigging points, access, sightlines and load-in times with the venue before we finalise the plan.
