Seminars: questions we're asked
Can you support multi-day seminars?
Yes. We regularly support multi-day programmes, with the same crew through the event where possible.
Do you cue music for seminars?
Yes. Walk-on music, break music and exercise tracks are cued from the running order by our engineer.
What happens if equipment fails during the event?
We plan for it, and a technical manager on site makes decisions quickly and calmly. A quote that assumes nothing will fail isn't a production plan.
How much does event production cost?
It depends on the room, the audience size, the number of days and what the event needs to achieve. We send an itemised quote that shows what is included and what is optional, so you can compare like for like.
