Questions buyers ask us
Can you handle live product demos?
Yes. We set up dedicated demo feeds and rehearse the switching with your presenters, so demos reach the screens and the stream cleanly.
Can you stream to our own platform?
Yes. We provide clean feeds for your platform or ours, and plan remote speakers and recordings from the start. We stream to whichever platform you use, most often Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
What happens if equipment fails during the event?
We plan for it, and a technical manager on site makes decisions quickly and calmly. A quote that assumes nothing will fail isn't a production plan.
Do you provide risk assessments and RAMS?
Yes. We prepare risk assessments for every production and provide RAMS (risk assessments and method statements) on request for your venue or procurement team.
