Event production at the ILEC Conference Centre, London
We have produced seminars and speaker-led events in the main hall at the ILEC Conference Centre in Earls Court, known to many organisers as the ibis Earls Court. Multi-day seminars in a hotel conference hall need sound that holds energy for hours, screens everyone can read and lighting that lifts the room.

What we produced at ILEC Conference Centre, London (formerly ibis Earls Court)
Multi-day seminars and speaker-led events in the main hall, including the Millionaire Mind Intensive: sound, side screens, stage lighting and a full lighting rig across the hall.
Working at a venue like this
At large venues, scale changes everything: sound has to reach the back of the hall without overwhelming the front, screens and IMAG must be big enough for the furthest seat, and build schedules must fit the venue's procedures and other events. We plan this with the venue's operations team before we arrive.
